TTY Vinyasa 1

Infrared heated class to 80 -85 an all level Flow Improving Flexibility, Strength  & Joint Mobility while oxygenating every cell of your body. Leaving you with bliss full feeling beyond the mat. Hands on adjustments and yoga philosophy are a staple of this class.

TTY Vinyasa 2

Infrared heated to 95. Advanced Detoxifying Flow, In Tune Breathing With Challenging Peak Poses. Our version of hot yoga in pb. A meditative fun flow. We offer modifications for most levels. This month we are focusing on splits and arm balances.

Power flow

A 45 min Vinyasa flow that will push you to your edge. Most scientifically advanced power flow in San Diego. Designed to gently while emphasizing breath to movement push one part of the body close to failure let it recover while we oxygenate and keep flowing. Resulting unmatched strength and flexibility.

 

Yin with Crystal Bowls

Immerse yourself in the epitome of tranquility with our soothing restorative Yin class. Allow the gentle poses to cradle your body, inviting a deep sense of release and relaxation. This class is a serene journey of introspection, offering a luxurious escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. complimentary Moroccan & Chamomile tea offered. Non heated class.

Yoga foundation

A gentle introduction to yoga. Focusing on Hatha lineage, good form, understanding, alignment , and breathing techniques. Hands on adjustments. A new yogi starting point. Or a returning yoga wanting to ease back into their practice. We marry authentic yoga with latest sports medicine and scientific techniques.This month we are offering “Myo Fascial Release therapy” as a mini workshop during the flow.

Inversions & Breathwork

Our Story

Our humble discovery of Yoga began in 2011, despite the initial challenges and sweating profusely in a packed hot bikram class, felt like a yogabox, still touched our souls. However, life had its own plans, and a knee injury while surfing tested our determination; with the unwavering support  of  the communities  we crossed paths with, we immersed ourselves into the practice, discovering patience, healing and acceptance along the way.

Since then, yoga has become the guiding light through life’s trials and triumphs—a constant companion during injuries, emotional hardships, anxiety, grief and joyous moments. We are forever grateful for the transformative journey it has bestowed upon us. Sharing this gift with you all is the reason why we exist.

After returning from my 200HR yoga training in Maui, I had a hard time finding a studio that fit me in San Diego. The way Medhi teaches and the values he holds in terms of yoga makes sense to me. He pays close attention to his students needs, making them feel safe and guided throughout the practice. He always makes sure to remind us that the class is what we need it to be and makes himself available for anything we might need. He is clearly very knowledgeable about both the traditions and the benefits of yoga, and incorporates them into his practice. What types of yoga classes do you offer?

We offer Yoga, Fusion and Meditation classes for beginners and advanced alike, Our Yoga classes are  60 min, depending on which class the heat could be medium to high.
Our Fusion classes take inspiration from movement and sport oriented and targeted body areas that get over used. to allow for increase in mobility, performance and most importantly in fun environment. And our Meditation session are purposefully designed to melt your stress away.

How do I book?

Online on our website click on the book now button, On our app or  visit our studio or give us a call and we’ll be happy to assist. Choice of drop in, or become a member which comes with plenty of benefits.

What should I bring?

Yoga & Fusion –  Wear your yoga attire, you will need a yoga mat, towel, water bottle. Pro & Pro + members can reserve mats at booking free of charge. 

Are your classes suitable for beginners?

Yes, If it your first time please let us know so we could guide you for optimal results and experience.

How much does a drop-in class cost?

1 class is 29, new student month 59 and our pro monthly unlimited with lot of extras is 129

What if I'm injured?

Depending on your injury, Please do consult with your physician to get the ok and let us know so we can recommend different approaches if need be.
