We run this class between 90 & 95. Advanced Flow, In Tune Breathing With Challenging Peak Poses. superb fun flows. We offer modifications for most levels.

Power flow

A 45 min Vinyasa flow that will push you to your edge. who need a gym anymore.

You will get stronger. It’s designed to gently while emphasizing breath to movement push one part of the body close to failure let it recover while we oxygenate and keep flowing.

Yin

Immerse yourself in the epitome of tranquility with our soothing Yin class. Allow the gentle poses to cradle your body, inviting a deep sense of release and relaxation. This class is a serene journey of introspection, offering a luxurious escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. complimentary Moroccan & Chamomile tea offered. Non heated class.

A gentle introduction to yoga. Focusing on good form, beginner poses, and breathing techniques. Hands on adjustments. A new yogi starting point. Or a returning yoga wanting to ease back into their practice.

Ashtanga

A powerful vinyasa flow inspired by primary series. Explosive transitions and breaking down poses to allow an unmatched level of flexibility and strength. The heat is only 85 but we sweat.

Our Story

Our humble discovery of Yoga began in 2011 while living in the bustling streets of New York City. Despite the initial challenges and sweating profusely in a packed hot class, yoga touched our souls. However, life had its own plans, and a knee injury while surfing tested our determination. But with the unwavering support and encouragement of friends we crossed paths with, we found our way back to the practice, discovering patience, healing and acceptance along the way.

Since then, yoga has become the guiding light through life’s trials and triumphs—a constant companion during injuries, emotional hardships, and joyous moments. We are forever grateful for the transformative journey it has bestowed upon us.

What types of yoga classes do you offer?

We offer Yoga, Fusion and Meditation classes for beginners and advanced alike, Our Yoga classes are  60 min, depending on which class the heat could be medium to high.
Our Fusion classes take inspiration from movement and sport oriented and targeted body areas that get over used. to allow for increase in mobility, performance and most importantly in fun environment. And our Meditation session are purposefully designed to melt your stress away.

How do I book?

Online on our website click on the book now button, On our app or  visit our studio or give us a call and we’ll be happy to assist. Choice of drop in, or become a member which comes with plenty of benefits.

What should I bring?

Yoga & Fusion –  Wear your yoga attire, you will need a yoga mat, towel, water bottle. Pro & Pro + members can reserve mats at booking free of charge. 

Are your classes suitable for beginners?

Yes, If it your first time please let us know so we could guide you for optimal results and experience.

How much does a drop-in class cost?

1 class is 29, new student month 59 and our pro monthly unlimited with lot of extras is 129

What if I'm injured?

Depending on your injury, Please do consult with your physician to get the ok and let us know so we can recommend different approaches if need be.
