I loved ocean flow class with Sabrina! The class was well balance between lengthening and strengthening to improve my achy hips and back from hiking the day before. I felt more flexible and less tense after class. It was a great start to ease into my Monday work day. Sabrina is very knowledgeable on proper technique and alignment.
